Refunds or replacements may be considered only for items that arrive damaged, incorrect, or otherwise affected by a verified fulfillment issue. Customers must contact Bio Revive Me within 48 hours of delivery with the order number, photos of the package/product condition, and a description of the issue.
Products must remain sealed and unused to be eligible for review. Bio Revive Me reserves the right to deny refund or replacement requests if products have been opened, handled, stored improperly, or used in any way.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by a verified fulfillment error by Bio Revive Me.
Bio Revive Me reserves the right to refuse, cancel, refund, or restrict any order at our discretion, including orders that may conflict with our research-use-only policy or applicable laws and regulations.
